MSU-Iligan Institute of Technology is an autonomous external campus of the Mindanao State University System. It received its charter on July 12, 1968, as provided for in Republic Act 5363. The university's mission is to produce highly competent, humanistic, and nationalistic graduates, through the offering of quality and relevant programs that are geared towards industrial and socio-economic development.
